SEARCY (HardingSports.com) – The Harding football team placed 14 players on the All-Great American Conference teams, including six on the 1st Team, as the conference released its postseason honors Tuesday.
Harding's 1st Team honorees included senior fullback Romo Westbrook (Marion, Ark.), junior wide receiver Donatella Luckett (Sand Hill, Miss.), junior offensive lineman Mike Thompson (Machesney Park, Ill.), senior defensive end Daniel Riley (Compton, Calif.), senior outside linebacker Erik Ragsdale (Bentonville, Ark.), and senior safety Ashtun Williams (Rialto, Calif.).
Bisons listed on the 2nd Team were senior center Dallon Hudson (Nashville, Tenn.), senior Jeremiah Vivio (Springfield, Tenn.), and senior safety Philip Mion (Miami, Fla.)
Five Harding players received honorable mention, including junior running back Jason Oller (Rogers, Ark.), junior running back Ahmad Scott (Sylvan Hills, Ark.), senior defensive end B.J. Jones (Hot Springs, Ark.), junior defensive tackle Romas Roberson (Hollis, Okla.), and sophomore long snapper Madison Firman (Bowie, Texas).
It was the second All-GAC honor for Westbrook (1st Team in 2012), Luckett (2nd Team in 2012), and Hudson (2nd Team in 2012), and Vivio (2nd Team in 2012). Westbrook was Harding's lone unanimous 1st Team selection.
