    Years after his arrest, D.C. sniper Lee Boyd Malvo admitted he and John Allen Muhammad were paid $25,000 to kill a Tucson man in 2002.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A crash at 22nd and Kolb has left a woman dead.

Police said 71-year-old Thelma Torrez was thrown from her car when it rolled just before 2 p.m.

She was not wearing a seatbelt.

The other driver, 62-year-old Marjorie Villacorte now faces charges of causing serious physical injury or death by a moving vehicle, a misdemeanor.

She and her passenger were not injured.
