Car runs stop sign, causes accident near Butterball plant

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – Traffic is flowing once again after an early Tuesday morning crash on Highway 18, E. Highland Drive at Quality Way near the Butterball plant.

According to Jonesboro police, three vehicles were involved in the crash. One of the drivers ran a stop sign at Quality Way causing the wreck.

No one was seriously injured. One person was taken by ambulance to the hospital for a hurt leg.

Highway 18 is open.
