LITTLE ROCK, AR - Governor Mike Huckabee and the expected president pro-tem of the state Senate say they expect education to again be a dominant issue when the Legislature convenes in January.

Huckabee on Monday listed his top three concerns for the 2005 regular legislative session as health care, higher education and highways.

State Senator Jim Argue of Little Rock says his top priority is finding a way to improve public school facilities.

Huckabee later said he didn't include public school facilities as one of his top concerns because it's already on the table, and he only listed new initiatives.

Both men addressed about 50 officials from private colleges in Arkansas.
