Georgia can establish itself as a top-tier beast if it gets by South Carolina this weekend - and USC would drop to 0-2 in the league with a loss. Tennessee travels to Oklahoma, where Coach Bob Stoops doesn't believe the SEC is all-powerful.

(RNN) - Alabama continues a three-game home stand Tuesday when undefeated, nationally ranked Wichita State comes to Tuscaloosa.

The Shockers, who made it to the Final Four last year, have faced solid competition on the way to this year's 10-0 record, having beaten Western Kentucky, DePaul, BYU, Saint Louis University, and most recently notching a 70-61 home win over.

Teleke Cotton scored a career-high 19 points to lead Wichita State past the Vols. Cleanthony Early added 13 points and Darius Carter had 11 points and 14 boards. They held UT to 37 percent shooting from the floor.

Ron Baker is the team's leading scorer, averaging 14.6 and Early is close behind at 14.2.

Alabama came back from a week's hiatus and held the nation's leading scoring team to 45 points when it stomped Charleston Southern 59-45 last Saturday night in Coleman Coliseum. The Tide hosts Xavier on Saturday, Dec. 21.

The 5-4 Crimson Tide forced 14 turnovers and held Charleston Southern to 33 percent shooting from the floor.

Four players lead Alabama's balanced scoring – Trevor Releford leads scoring with a 16.4 points per game average, Retin Obashohan, 15.2 ppg, Nick Jacobs, 11.0 and Levi Randolph, 10.1.
