LAWRENCE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – Two individuals were caught stirring in a business parking lot on Christmas Eve.

Lawrence County deputies were called out to a local business where "two suspicious" people were around the vehicles in the rear parking lot.

When officers arrived, they first came in contact with Billie Elaine Brady, 35, of Imboden. Officers asked Brady what she was doing at the business. She responded that she was waiting on Michael Harry Pickney, 47, of Black Rock.

According to Sheriff Dotson, Pickney was found hiding behind a tree. Deputies asked Pickney what he was doing on the property. He advised them that he and Brady would come to the business parking lot after hours to take items from the vehicles.

Both were arrested and charged with breaking and entering.

They were taken to the Lawrence County Jail and await a bond hearing.
