JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – A memorial fund has been created for an 11-year-old girl who died after she became trapped beneath a pipe in a water-filled ditch for 20 minutes.
Kyria Seymour of Jonesboro died Saturday, April 19, at LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN. A memorial fund has been created for an 11-year-old girl who died after she became trapped beneath a pipe in a water-filled ditch for 20 minutes.

BAXTER COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – Suspects believed to have robbed a home in Lakeview earlier in the year, were arrested on Friday for both drug and theft charges.

According to the Baxter County Sheriff's Office, Lakeview police worked a theft case in the summer where several items were reported stolen.

On Friday, Jack Creameans, 47, arrived for his scheduled parole visit with Lakeview police. Officer David Hotchkiss found a ring on Jack's wife, Kimberly Creameans, which looked similar to the one stolen in the summer.

Officers then searched Kimberly and found marijuana. When they searched Jack, they found about 1 gram of meth.

Police also found Jack had a device with him that was going to be used to cheat during a urine test.

Officers then continued to search their car and found several syringes that were used for meth, a set of digital scales, a glass pipe used to consume meth, and a knife that was stolen back in the summer. Police also found a rifle in the trunk and since both Jack and Kimberly are felons they are not allowed to possess a gun.

The couple was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center.

Jack was charged with a felony for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property greater than $1,000, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

He had his bond set at $50,000 and had a court appearance scheduled for January 2.

Kimberly, 47, was charged with a felony for possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by receiving, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

She was also charged with a misdemeanor for possession of a controlled substance.

Both Kimberly and Jack Creameans lived in Corning.
