Saturday's ASU/South Alabama matchup will be televised on Sun Belt Network

JONESBORO, Ark. (AStateRedWolves.com) – The Arkansas State University men's basketball team will be featured this Saturday (Jan. 11) evening as the Sun Belt Network and ESPN 3 televise the Red Wolves' Sun Belt Conference (SBC) matchup against South Alabama in Jonesboro, Ark.
A-State's conference home opener versus the Jaguars is scheduled for a 7:06 p.m. (CT) tipoff at the Convocation Center. Tom Dore will handle play-by-play duties withBob Donewald providing color analysis.
The contest will also be available on ESPN3, which is a 24/7 online sports network offering live and replayed events. The network is available via WatchESPN.com at no extra cost in 72 million homes and to another 21 million people on college campuses and military bases nationwide.
The Sun Belt Network, which is currently in its fifth season televising various Sun Belt Conference sports, is a joint partnership with Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast (CSS) and Cox Sports Television (CST). The agreement with CSS and CST has resulted in the broadcasting of football, men's basketball, baseball, volleyball, and softball contests throughout the last four seasons. Since its inception in 2009, the Sun Belt Network will have aired over 150 Sun Belt Conference games.

Arkansas State, which is currently 9-4 overall and 2-0 in the Sun Belt Conference this season under head coach John Brady, will host Troy this Thursday (Jan. 9) in its league home opener before taking on South Alabama this Saturday (Jan. 11) evening to conclude a two-game conference homestand. The Red Wolves, who are off to their best start since the 2008-09 season, have won straight going into their conference home-opening contest against Troy.
