    JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – A memorial fund has been created for an 11-year-old girl who died after she became trapped beneath a pipe in a water-filled ditch for 20 minutes.
    Kyria Seymour of Jonesboro died Saturday, April 19, at LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN. A memorial fund has been created for an 11-year-old girl who died after she became trapped beneath a pipe in a water-filled ditch for 20 minutes.

FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT) - During a follow-up investigation on Tuesday, Forrest City officials made a drug and gun arrest.  

Around 4:45 p.m., a detective noticed Theo Walker, 23, trying to hide a plastic baggy of marijuana. According to the report, the detective also observed that Walker had a 9 mm handgun in his possession.    

Walker was immediately apprehended by the detective. The handgun, individual baggies of marijuana (totaling 66.1 grams), a set of scales and $628 in cash were seized.   

Walker was charged with possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of firearm by certain person, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana in a drug free zone.

He is currently being held at the St. Francis County Jail.
