Killer Tornado Hits Bootheel

     The small Pemiscot Missouri town of Cooter is dealing with tragedy tonight as a killer tornado tears up the town. K8's Bob Snell, who managed to get into town before officials closed the city limits to sightseers says it looks like a "war zone". As of 10:00 Monday night, Bob can confirm three deaths and two people hospitalized in the town of 450.

     In the Region 8 town of Peach Orchard in Randolph County, a home owned by Billy Johnson was leveled by a late afternoon twister. K8's Kathy Morris took in the scene and reports additional damage to the town, including many downed power lines.
