PIKE CO., AR (KSLA) -

A Texarkana, Texas man is accused of using the internet to arrange a meeting with a teenaged girl for sex, and allegedly even encouraged the girl to bring a friend's 7-year-old sister, too.

Police say 23-year-old Noble Solomon May had been communicating online with someone he thought was a 15-year-old girl who was actually a police officer.

During those online conversations, police say May told the girl he wanted to meet with her to have sex. When the female responded she had arranged a ride from a 16-year-old friend to meet May, he asked her if her friend had a little sister.

According to police, the female told May that her friend had a 7-year-old sister. May allegedly asked the female to bring the 7-year-old so he could have sex with her too.

To his surprise, May found peace officers waiting for him at their meeting spot instead of the young females. He was taken into custody without incident. May's bond has been set at $50,000.00.

The arrest was the result of a joint investigation by the Pike County Sheriff's Office, Miller County Sheriff's Office, United States Marshal's Service and Bowie County Sheriff's Office.
