4 arrested on drug charges during theft investigation

WYNNE, AR (KAIT) – Authorities have arrested four Wynne adults on theft and drug charges.

According to the Cross County Sheriff's Office, Deputies Josh Orman and Glenn South investigated a reported theft on Jan. 17.

During the investigation, Gary Haley, Mark Eldridge, Stephanie Crosby and Clint Chism were all arrested on the following charges:

  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a Class D Felony
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver a Class C Felony
  • Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms a Class Y Felony
  • Theft by Receiving a Class B Felony

Bond was set at $10,000 for each person.

The items taken were returned to the owner.
