    JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – A memorial fund has been created for an 11-year-old girl who died after she became trapped beneath a pipe in a water-filled ditch for 20 minutes.

POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KAIT/KFVS) – Poplar Bluff police have released more information on a robbery and its suspect. 

According to the Poplar Bluff Police Capt. David Sutton, officers had been on the lookout for Ryan Aaron McVaugh, 27, after he was identified as a suspect in robbing American Computer/Internet Café on Jan. 23.

Sutton said McVaugh entered the business showing a gun. He reportedly took around $700 from the cash register and left the scene.

The report states McVaugh was captured after a foot chase Friday night in the 600 block of Pine Street and Business US 60.

McVaugh is being held at the Butler County Jail. His charges include second degree robbery and resisting arrest. 

He is being held in lieu of $50,000 for the robbery charge and $20,000 for resisting arrest.
