STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the hospitality partner to Aloha Stadium and more than 300 premier entertainment venues across North America and the United Kingdom, is in the final days of preparation for the Pro Bowl, the NFL's All-Star Game.

This year, the company is proud to provide the catering for more than 50,000 fans and guests during the 2014 Pro Bowl at Aloha Stadium in Hawaii. This Pro Bowl marks Centerplate's 12th time hosting the event and the company is honored to serve as hospitality partner to ten NFL clubs. • Poi Mochi -- Traditional Japanese rice cake made with poi
  • Hawaiian Shaved Ice -- A true fan favorite!  Hawaiian dessert treat of light and fluffy ice with flavored syrup including Pineapple, Lychee, Coconut, Vanilla (blue in color), Lilikoi passion fruit, and of course, rainbow, among others. Mixing flavors is encouraged.

"We are thrilled to offer authentic Hawaiian flavors to our fans," said Roger Reeves, Centerplate's Director of Operations responsible for the game. "In addition to the traditional football favorites, we served a number of island-inspired dishes like Malasadas, LauLau plate, Kalbi, and Kahlua Pig, the traditional island barbequed pork.
