Van hits power, water lines in south Jonesboro

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Electricity and water to some Jonesboro City, Water, and Light customers is out Sunday morning after an early morning crash.

A van veered off the roadway at South Culberhouse and Craighead Forest Road and hit a utility pole and water line. Those utilities are off to residents in that immediate area.

Kevan Inboden with CWL says they are working to repair water and electricity by mid-morning Sunday. That intersection is also down to one lane so crews can make repairs. CWL customers can call 935-5581 for more information or to report an outage.
