Photos never delivered; photographer charged with theft

POCAHONTAS, AR (KAIT) - A Pocahontas photographer has a negative image for not providing prints.

According to the Pocahontas Police Department, 11 affidavits were filed against Christy Fuller after she allegedly received money for photography services and pictures that were never delivered.

Fuller obtained $2065.25 from 2012 to 2014 from clients that never received pictures.

Fuller has been charged with theft of property.

She is being held at the Randolph County Jail.
