SEVIER COUNTY, AR (KSLA) -

A Sevier County, Arkansas man has been arrested following a two-year drug investigation.

Sevier County deputies arrested 22-year-old Emilio Gutierrez Wednesday after they ran a search warrant on his home in the 200 block of Westline Road.

Deputies and a drug task force searched his home again on Thursday and recovered a drug known as "ice" worth nearly $150,000 and several weapons. " I am pretty sure it was being imported in. It is something we commonly [see] coming in from Mexico. We have not run into an ice lab here in Arkansas. It is not the traditional old school meth," says Sevier County detective Robert Gentry.

Gentry says Gutierrez is believed to be one of the major illegal drug dealers in Sevier County.

The investigation is continuing into this operation.
