Jonesboro services, meeting cancelled due to impending weather

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – Some city services and a meeting are cancelled for Tuesday in Jonesboro.

The Municipal Center is closed due to potentially icy conditions, according to the City of Jonesboro's website.

A meeting for the Public Works and City Council will be rescheduled for another date to be announced later.

Also Jonesboro's residential trash pickup is cancelled. Yard waste and recycling pickup is suspended until next week.

A new trash pickup schedule will be posted to the city's website and Facebook page.
