(WMC-TV) – They've trained long and hard, changed their eating habits, and made being healthy a way of life. ShapeUp ShowDown challengers met for a final weigh-in over the weekend and some lost 15, 20, 30, even 40 pounds.

All the challengers were thrilled with the results.

Winning the challenge requires more than just weight loss, there's also the body mass index to be taken into account.

Tuesday night the winner will be announced during a banquet held for all the contestants and their families.
