Police: Gunman forces Tyler taxi driver out of cab

Tyler police are searching for a man who they say robbed a taxi driver at gun point.

The driver says he parked his cab behind a business in the 3900 block of Troup Highway to eat his lunch. That's when he says a man forced him out of his cab and drove off with the car.

The suspect is described as a black male in his mid-twenties. He stands around 5' 8",  weighing approximately 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue and white bandanna around his neck, a tight blue shirt and blue jean shorts.
