OTTAWA, Feb. 21, 2014 /CNW/ - The Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Employment and Social Development and Minister for Multiculturalism, will deliver a speech at the Nunavut Research Institute and discuss recent changes to Employment Insurance in the North. The Honourable Leona Aglukkaq, Minister of the Environment, Minister of the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency and Minister for the Arctic Council, will also be in attendance. A site visit will be held before the speech.

Ministers Kenney and Aglukkaq will be available for photos and to answer questions from the media following their speech.
