Power back on for Craighead Electric customers

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - The power is back for thousands who lost their electricity because of Sunday's winter storm.

According to Monty Williams with Craighead Electric, all homes and businesses are up and running. Although the power is back on, there is still more work to be done.

"We have about a dozen poles that are still broke that we still have to repair," said Williams. "But those are going to irrigation and grain bins.  And so, we'll be getting those back probably here in the next couple of weeks."

Williams says if someone should see a line down, to please contact their office immediately so they can take care of it.
