Sierra Vista couple charged with 119 felonies

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Yesterday SierraVista Police officers arrested a Daniel Arthur Hoffman III and Daniella NealeHoffman following a month long investigation of the couple, according to a SVPDrelease.

A victim reported toSVPD that several credit cards were stolen from a vehicle on Feb. 7, launchingan investigation into the matter. Detectives with SVPD followed leads that pointed them to the Hoffmans.  According to the release surveillance videosfrom several stores captured the couple allegedly using the stolen creditcards.

The couple both faceone count of burglary and three counts of credit card theft each; Daniel faces anadditional 11 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and 11 counts ofidentity theft while Daniella faces an additional 27 counts of fraudulent useof a credit card, 35 counts of identity theft and 27 counts of forgery. 

They are booked intothe Cochise County Jail and held on $50,000 bond.
