Bootheel Drug Task Force Arrest Arkansas Man with Half-Pound of Meth and $18,000 Cash

HAYTI, MO - A Hot Springs man is in custody in southeast Missouri in lieu of $50,000 bond on drug-related charges.

Agents with the Bootheel Drug Task Force on Thursday arrested 47-year-old Sheldon Paul Mangiapanc following a traffic stop in Kennett.  When agents searched the suspect's vehicle, they allegedly found a half-pound of methamphetamine and more than $18,000 in cash.  Mangiapanc is formally charged with Trafficking in the Second Degree.
