Early voting begins March 22

CALCASIEU PARISH, LA (KPLC) -

Early voting for the April 5 primary election will be held March 22-29. Voting locations will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

Early voting will be held at the following locations:

Registrar of Voters Office

Parish Courthouse, 1000 Ryan St., Room 7, Lake Charles.

 

West Calcasieu Business Center

500 A N. Huntington St., Sulphur

 

Moss Bluff Library

261 Parish Road, Moss Bluff.

 

Ballot items include the following: Sulphur Mayor, Sulphur City Council, 14th Judicial District Judge Section 1 Division F, renewal of the Mosquito Control Parishwide Proposition, renewal of the Criminal Justice Parishwide Proposition, Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Sales Tax District 5, renewal of the Airport District No. One Proposition and renewal of the Waterworks District No. 5 of Wards 3 and 8 Proposition.

Voters must bring a photo ID in order to vote.
