Kamen Entchev

Kamen Entchev came to KAIT in February of 2014.  Jonesboro is just the latest stop for Kamen. He was born in Sofia, Bulgaria but grew up in the greater Chicago area.

Kamen is a proud 2013 graduate of the University of Missouri.  There he earned a degree in broadcast journalism.  While attending Mizzou Kamen worked as a sports reporter/anchor at KOMU-TV, the NBC affiliate in Columbia, Missouri. Covering the Missouri Tigers truly was an emotional rollercoaster, but Kamen enjoyed every second of it.

Working in sports TV has been a dream of his since he was a little boy.  Kamen loves all sports.  But his favorite sports are football, basketball, soccer, and tennis.  In college sports he supports the Mizzou Tigers. When it comes to the pros he loves all Chicago teams. His favorite athletes include Lionel Messi, Roger Federer, Peyton Manning, and Michael Jordan.

If you have any sports story ideas or just want to talk sports you can email him at kentchev@kait8.com or tweet him @KamenEntchev. ?
