Twitter turns 8: What was your first tweet?

(KAIT) - Do you remember when you heard about something called 'Twitter'? Well it is celebrating its eighth year of existence.

The social media site, if you did not already know, allows you to share thoughts, pictures and video utilizing only 140 characters.

In celebration of turning eight, Twitter has set up a website to help you find your first tweet. A link to that site can be found here.
