LAKE CITY, AR (KAIT) – Police said they are searching for a man accused of breaking into a Region 8 pharmacy on Saturday.

According to Lake City Police, an undetermined amount of cash and medication was stolen from the St. Francis Pharmacy.

Police said Jeremy Southard was named a suspect in the case. Sgt. Steve Chamness said this isn't Southard's first run-in with police.

"Mr. Southard is currently on parole for burglarizing the same business two other times before," said Southard. "If convicted, Southard will not only face charges from this burglary, but the remainder of time he was serving on his last incident while on parole."

The Lake City Police Department said if you know about Southard's whereabouts you are urged to call them at (870)237-4431.
