Rain delays start of ASU/Texas State series


JONESBORO, Ark. (AStateRedWolves.com) – Rain has forced the Arkansas State baseball team to adjust its weekend series schedule against Texas State.

Friday night's opening series has been rescheduled as a doubleheader for Saturday, March 28 starting at 1 p.m. with game the second game to follow approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game.

This makes the third home series this season that A-State has had to adjust its weekend series plans. The Red Wolves first home series of the season was affected by snow and ice, while its SBC opening series against UALR was also affected due to the threat of inclement weather.

Both games can be heard on 95.3FM The Ticket/970AM KNEA and online at AStateRedWolves.com. Live video streaming will also be available through a subscription basis in the StateZone.
