Outages reported from severe weather

(KAIT) – Severe thunderstorms and tornado warned storms moved through the Region 8 viewing area overnight, leaving some in the dark.

Randolph and Clay County appear to be the hardest hit in northeast Arkansas with over 400 combined households in the dark, according to the Entergy Arkansas Inc. outage map.

Several areas have reported large hail in Pineville in Izard County and Horseshoe Bend Fulton, Izard and Sharp Counties.

Nickel to quarter size hail was also reported in Agnos in Fulton County.

So far no major damage or loss of life has been reported with these storms.
