Jonesboro man arrested for theft of tractor

JONESBORO, AR  (KAIT) – A Jonesboro man was arrested Tuesday for the theft of a tractor and bush hog from a vacant lot in the Amesley Manor subdivision, according to Police.

According to Craighead County Sheriff Marty Boyd, Jesse Lamberth was arrested and charged with theft. Boyd told Region 8 News that Lamberth stole a dodge pickup truck Monday night, after the tractor was stolen the day before.

Other charges are expected, according to Boyd.

An incident report filed with the Craighead County Sheriff's Department stated a 2001 John Deere 5220 tractor, valued at $25,000, was driven off a residential lot, followed by a dark colored pickup truck. The incident was captured on surveillance video.
