Deputies in Izard County arrest 3 for theft

IZARD COUNTY, AR (KAIT) –Three people were arrested in Izard County on theft charges.

On March 31, RussellDennison, 63, was arrested for forging checks on a business in San Franciscoand depositing it to his account at a bank in Melbourne.

He was charged with afelony for theft.

Dennison was released fromthe Izard County Detention Center with a court date.

On Wednesday, LatinaKurtley, 40, was a suspect in a March robbery at a cell phone store. Kurtleywas accused of breaking into the business and stealing to phones.

Kurtley was charged with afelony for commercial burglary and a misdemeanor for theft of property.

She was taken to the IzardCounty Detention Center in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

A vehicle was reportedstolen out of a home in Oxford Friday morning. According to investigators, aman who was staying at the home where this took place was found with the truckin Baxter County.

Deputies said ChristopherConsentino barricaded the room where he was at and exited through the window.

When they made it insidethe room deputies saw Consentino attempted to fool them by piling up the bed asif someone was sleeping, but the window was left open.

He was charged with afelony for theft of property and had a bond set at $10,000.
