Two arrests after drug paraphernalia found

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT)-  A man and woman from Jonesboro were arrested early Sunday morning after several syringes were found in their vehicle.

Jonesboro Police say Jeffery Bigler, 28, was driving on a suspended driver's license when he was pulled over around 1:14 a.m. Sunday. When police searched the vehicle, three syringes and a pipe were discovered. All the paraphernalia had suspected meth residue on them.

Bigler's passenger, Ashley Cook, 26, admitted the syringes and the pipe belonged to her. Cook then told police she had smoked meth  "five to six days ago."

Bigler and Cook are both in court April 14.
