Hayti's William Moore to host free youth football camp
HAYTI, MO. (Octagon.com) – Atlanta Falcons Pro Bowl
safety and Hayti native William Moore will be hosting his first-ever Youth Football Camp this summer, giving local youth a unique
opportunity to interact with and learn from NFL players in a fun environment.
FREE camp will be held Saturday, June 21 from 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at
Hayti High School. The camp provides youth ages
7-12 with the opportunity to work on their football skills,
sportsmanship, and teamwork, while building self-esteem both on-and-off
the field. Each participant will receive a t-shirt, lunch, and
refreshments. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet
William and other NFL players onsite.
"I am so excited to come back to my hometown and give these kids a free camp this summer," said Moore. "We are going to
have a great day, and I hope that the kids are looking forward to it as much as I am!"
Camp registration is now open, and is currently registering the first 200 youth ages 7-12. Parents can find the registration
form and waiver at Hayti, Mo.-area schools or by contacting either Melanie Wadden (melanie.wadden@Octagon.com)
or Coach Joey Watkins (firstname.lastname@example.org). Limited to the first 200 youth,
BOTH the registration form and the waiver are due by Friday, June 6, so early registration is highly recommended.
