COTTON PLANT, AR (KAIT) – Arkansas State Police are investigating the murder of two people in Woodruff County, according to a news release on Saturday.
According to Bill Sadler with Arkansas State Police, two bodies were found at 321 Ash Street early Saturday morning. One body was located inside the residence. The other body was found outside the residence.
Police stated the victims are Audrey Vaughan, 19, of Cotton Plant and Howard Chapel of Cotton Plant. Both victims lived at 321 Ash Street.
No information about possible suspects has been released.
Sadler said the bodies of both victims and other evidence is at the Arkansas State Crime Lab, where an official cause of death will be determined.
