Is She Forging Checks?

This week, we're after a woman police say wrote a bunch of checks on an account that isn't hers. We are looking for an ID of the woman in the cream-colored shirt. To date, police suspect her of writing over $450 in forged checks. On this day she was seen getting in a white SUV, possibly a Chevy Tahoe or Suburban. If you know who she is, call CRIMESTOPPERS, 935-STOP. You will be given a tip number that you need to hang on to. Two weeks from now, call Sgt. Steve McDaniel at JPD to see if your tip cracked the case. If it did, cash is coming your way.

It doesn't take a certain number of warrants to be on Warrant Watch, but you need 20 to be an All-Star. And that's Sharon Clark.

Sharon Clark has:

  • 24 non-payment of fines
  • 1 revocation of probation
  • 1 fail to appear
  • 1 hot check warrant

Eric Merriam has:

  • 6 fail to appears

If you know where police can find Sharon Clark or Eric Merriam, call CRIMESTOPPERS, 935-STOP or toll free, 888-566-STOP. If your tip comes through a cash reward is coming your way. Give CRIMESTOPPERS a call, and remember, when you see crime call CRIMESTOPPERS, 935-STOP.
