Girl Scout Apple Bars

2 CUP OATMEAL
1 1/2 CUP FLOUR
1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
1 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 T. SODA
1 CUP MELTED MARGARINE
1/2 CUP M&M'S
1 SMALL CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
1 CUP (approx. 14) APPLE CINNAMON COOKIES, THINLY CRUSHED

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add melted margarine and mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups mixture. Add M&M's --Press remaining crumb mix in greased pan. Bake 350-degrees for 12 minutes. Combine sweetened condensed milk and cookie crumbs. Spread over baked crust. Add crumb/candy mixture as topping. Bake an additional 18 minutes.
