ATLANTA (CBS46) -

A teen did not come home from work Tuesday night, and now police are looking for her.

The mother of 16-year-old Jadon Young called police to report her daughter missing. She said the girl left her mother's job on Warren Street to go to her job at Six Flags Over Georgia. Young would typically get off work at 7 or 8 p.m. and get off the bus at her grandmother's about 9 p.m.

Young's mother searched the MARTA station for her daughter but did not find her. The bus driver who drives the route from the amusement park said he did not see Young board the bus that evening.

The teen does not have a history of running away according to her mother.

Jadon is described as a black female who is 5'6" and weighs about 135 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink T-shirt and khaki pants and carrying a clear backpack.

If you have any information about her disappearance, please call Atlanta police's youth squad at (404) 354-5755.
