Savannah man celebrates 104th birthday

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

There was a surprise birthday party for a long-time Shriner's Alee Temple member and potentate, and it was a big one.

On Wednesday, Savannah's Frank Fesler turned 104 years old. He was joined by his family and friends and past potentates from the Alee Temple at Larry's Restaurant for a surprise lunch party.

WTOC asked Fesler the secret to his long and wonderful life.

"That is a question for the man upstairs," he said.

Fesler said he doesn't get out much at his age, but he watches plenty of television. He is a diehard WTOC fan, and from all of us at the Big Red 11, Happy Birthday Mr. Frank!
