WYNNE, AR (KAIT) – A Cross County man was arrested on charges of aggravated assault after he pointed a gun at another man Monday morning, according to an incident report filed with the Wynne Police Department.
According to police, Neal Miller Vest, 41, of Wynne was sitting in a wheelchair and pointing a shotgun at William D. Bass, 51, of Wynne and Michelle Vest, 39, of Wynne.
According to the police report, officers responded to the home of Bass and told Neal Vest to place the gun on the ground. He complied.
Neal Vest was charged with aggravated assault and taken to the Cross County Jail.
