WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) -

It's a video that proves families, kids, and dogs aren't the only ones that can help create a viral video that involves welcoming a soldier home.

In the latest YouTube gold, a fluffy cat is seen meowing around the inside of a door, waiting for its owner, the solider, to come home.

Once home the cat welcomes the soldier in its own special way.

YouTube user wildlimeyogi whom posted the video, wrote the video proves "not only dogs get excited" when they see their owners.
