According to Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery, Charles Dickerson shot his brother with a shotgun injuring his face and upper torso.

Witnesses told investigators Wesley Dickerson, 68, went to Dickerson's home and Dickerson threatened to shoot him if he didn't leave. Sheriff Montgomery said that’s when Dickerson shot at his Wesley from about 40 feet away causing some of the bullets to hit Wesley’s truck and Wesley who was still inside the truck.

Wesley was taken to a hospital in Little Rock.
