Gas Prices Falling Across the Nation

CAMARILLO, CA - Gas prices are dropping as consumption goes down.

According to industry analyst Trilby Lundberg, the combined national price for all grades of gasoline $1.99 between November 5 and Friday.

That's down five cents from the previous two weeks.

The survey of 7,000 gas stations found that the biggest seller, self-serve regular, had an average price of $1.96 cents per gallon.

San Francisco led the nation in gasoline prices, with the average price for a gallon of self-serve regular at $2.32.

St. Louis, Missouri, was the best bargain.  The average price for self-serve regular was $1.67.
