Areas of East Texas are experiencing heavy rains and wind on Wednesday night. 

In Tyler, traffic signals are out on Beckham from Fleishel southward. Traffic lights are also out at Broadway and Gentry.  Parts of Tyler, including the Green Acres area, are without power.
