JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – The fourth man wanted for the armed robbery of the Dollar General store on Highland Drive was arrested Friday morning, according to Jonesboro Police Lt. Steve McDaniel.

According to McDaniel, Dre-Keillen "Shawn" Strickland, 20, was arrested after police executed a search warrant at his apartment on Friday morning. Police said he was given a temporary bond and will have a hearing on Monday.

According to the police report, four men entered the store at about 9:15 Wednesday night, dressed in black, faces covered and robbed the store. Police said one of the men was armed with a handgun.

Strickland was wanted for aggravated robbery and second degree battery. Police believe he held a gun during the robbery and hit the store clerk with the weapon.

Three others were arrested.

Aaron Pettis, 18, and Dewayne Covington, 20, appeared before a judge on Friday. The judge issued the pair to be held on a $75,000 bond. An unnamed 17-year-old-male also appeared before a judge and was given a $35,000 bond.

The juvenile is expected to be charged as an adult and will appear in court on August 29.

Police said the store clerk that was assaulted is okay.
