Arkansas Construction Lawsuits

Increased federal lawsuits are being filed over deadly accidents in Arkansas construction zones.

Mostly the lawsuits blame speeding truckers and contractors who put up hazardous temporary ramps, bad signage and confusing lane changes.

However, others blame motorists for the wrecks.

State authorities say that accidents only increase during busy holiday traffic days.

So far, 4 people have died on state roadways since Thanksgiving day.

Construction zone congestion is expected to improve in the Spring.
