JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A Jonesboro man faces rape charges after police say he took photos of a 13-year-old girl performing a sex act with him.

On Friday, Craighead County District Court Judge Keith Blackman found probable cause to charge William Aaron Bradley Wilson, 18, with rape; computer child pornography; and distributing, possessing, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.

According to court documents, Wilson is accused of performing various sex acts with the child.

Wilson reportedly told investigators the acts occurred by the dumpsters of a local movie theater and in the dressing room of a local department store.

A forensic evaluation of his cell phones revealed several nude photos of the girl as well as nude photos of two other girls, ages 14 and 16, the affidavit stated.

Court records also indicated Wilson had a video of the 13-year-old victim performing a sex act with him.

If convicted, Wilson could face 10 to 40 years or life in prison for the rape charge. The child pornography charges carry sentences of 5 to 20 years with a fine not to exceed $15,000.

Blackman set Wilson's bond at $7,500. Wilson is due back in court on September 26.
