Grandfatherly Theft Suspect

He looks like a grandfather. A grandfather who's the prime suspect in one grand-daddy of a theft. Police say this man is in the middle of a $3000 cash advance on someone else's credit card. The victim in this case says the card was taken out of her mother's purse while she was a patient at St. Bernard's Medical Center. The victim says she was notified by the credit card company of several hundred dollars worth of transactions at Dillard's as well as the $3000 cash advance.

If you think you can ID this suspect, call CRIMESTOPPERS, 935-STOP. When you give your tip, you'll get a tip number. Hang on to that number! Then, in a couple weeks, call Sgt. Steve McDaniel at JPD to find out if you helped crack the case. If you did, your reward is on it's way.

Last week on WARRANT WATCH we featured two guys named Johnson. This week, we have a third.

Kevin C. Johnson has:

  • 4 Contempt of Court
  • 4 Non-Payment of Fines
  • 1 Hot Check

Larry Lewis has:

  • 6 Non-Payment of Fines

If you know where police can locate Kevin Johnson or Larry Lewis, call CRIMESTOPPERS, 935-STOP. No one will ask your name, your call is not recorded. Just tell police what you know, it could be worth cash. And remember, when you see crime, call CRIMESTOPPERS, 935-STOP.
