LITTLE ROCK, AR (AP) - More than $20 million in improvements have been proposed for the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock.
The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission is expected to vote on the plan at its meeting next month. The proposal calls for updates to the airport's concourse, new seating at gates, additional restrooms, improved wireless internet service and new jet bridges.
The proposal follows last year's improvements to the airport's ticket lobby, baggage claim and security checkpoint.
If approved, construction on the concourse improvements would begin next June and take a year to complete.
