UPDATE: Wanted Brinkley man arrested in Colorado

BRINKLEY, AR (KAIT) - Arkansas State Police announced Saturday Dustin Heath Burrow, 29 of Brinkley, Arkansas was arrested in Colorado. Burrow is suspected of killing his father and robbing his grandmother in Brinkley.


State Police spokesperson Bill Sadler said Burrow's truck was found along Interstate 25 outside Fort Collins, CO around 4 AM (Central). Fort Collins Police located Burrow walking near a homeless shelter in their city and was taken into custody without incident. Special agents are en route to Colorado to extradite Burrow.

Dustin Heath Burrow is charged with aggravated robbery and capital murder in the shooting death of his father, 62-year-old Carl Lynn Burrow, outside his home. He is also charged with robbing his grandmother at gunpoint.

On Thursday investigators discovered Carl Burrow's body inside a barn located on his property west of Brinkley.
